About

As a trauma-informed, licensed psychotherapist, I help my clients overcome issues that negatively affect their lives and prevent them from reaching their potential in life and their careers. If you are a trauma survivor, suffering from anxiety or self-esteem problems, or other mental health issues, I understand how confusing and overwhelming these problems can be. We’ll utilize evidence-based techniques to create lasting change instead of short-term solutions. I help women, men, and couples, through a collaborative and compassionate partnership. We can transform your unique and complex life experiences into strengths.

I enjoy helping my clients develop the tools and coping strategies needed to thrive. You will find me to be warm, genuine, and gently challenging to help you heal at a pace that is right for you. I believe that you have the capacity to heal. You will be accepted, valued, and affirmed for who you are and where you are in your life.

Rather than settling for short-term solutions, my approach involves identifying and addressing what is at the root of your struggles. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work and possess over 10 years of experience working with a diverse group of clients. I provide affordable services through convenient and confidential telehealth sessions in New York.
