betterpsych does not make any guarantees about your ability to overcome or reduce the symptoms of the problem for which you are seeking help. Many factors contribute to overcoming or reducing symptoms of a problem that BetterPsych cannot control. Nothing on this page, on our website, or in our service agreements promises or guarantees results related to your existing or future mental health or substance abuse problems.
To receive credit and reschedule your service or request a refund, please send an email within 72 hours of the service to email@example.com. The email should include why you were dissatisfied with your service, your request for a credit/reschedule or refund, the date and time of your service, and your name, address, phone number, and email address. We will review your request within five business days and respond by email. If approved, refunds will be processed to the same credit or debit card. However, it may take 5 to 7 business days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.
This guarantee does not apply to forensic services, court-ordered or mandated services, drug testing, or ancillary services such as letter writing, reports, document review, or consultations.
